I have no idea why, but a reboot of the users computer seems to have solved the problem....go figure. I'll keep you updated if it doesn't resolve it for others.

I did that at your suggestion, but i've already done it 7 times today with no avail. I've tried almost everything. Works under my login (admin privileges) and now it seems to be working if i login as another user through the security suite, but they get the same error at their workstation. Im having them reboot and try again - i doubt that will work, but at this point I'm trying to exhaust every option. My next step is to reboot the web server....

Uploaded 3 docs. Carrington....docx is a mail merge completed doc that is corrupted (created today after upgrade) the other two are document templates that we have been using for almost a year with previous versions of this product.

Please provide me an email address that I can send you the requested attachments. We are using Windows 7 and Office 2010 32bit. All documents worked prior to todays upgrade. We are using version 20131220.

We just upgraded to Version 6.5.12 (Build 1046) and Im using MS Word PRO. Version 14.0.6129.5000 (32 bit). Same issue with all of the PC's in our office - they are using word 2010 standard.

Sorry for the delayed response - it got lost in my email. I can, but it happens with your "extractor" templates as well. No modifications to your templates, just uploaded in Sugar and generated the doc.

Again, no errors. The sun panels are listed (headers) but the only detail panels show under contracts and docusign (the two modules not linked to security suite. On the edit screen the panels aren't available anyway. The list screen shows what I mentioned above. All The sub panels are available through the contact screen, just not the account screen-only headers (like permissions don't allow viewing)

Yes I've done all the rebuilds (quick, relationship, role) multiple times. Could it be a group issue? I can see some things (like contracts) that haven't been relationship linked to the security suite through the tool. That's why I'm convinced its an issue with the module. I went as far as deleting all the groups and still can't see those sub panels.

I did steps 1-3 as part of the install directions. There is however NOT a "tab called themes" anywhere when i click on my user name.

Great support, works pretty well. A few glitches here and there with Easy Theme - but thats related to the theme and not the securitysuite. Would love to see the ability to set a default dashboard or push/control dashboards based on security groups. View Add-on

Works well. a few issues with menu items running over other text. Works with 6.5.12 on upgrade from 6.5.11. The interface could be a little "cleaner" looking but its a great module. View Add-on

Notifications work well, but are very basic. would love to have the ability to customize the email. View Add-on
