Please clarify: - Did you purchase only "Panasonic" plan ? - Did this payment failed?

yes. my purchase was panasonic and the payment appears as failed

It looks like the charge was able to come through and your trial was able to convert. Can you try validating the key once more? It should work fine from here on.
