Unfirtunately when the it started the uninstalling process it removed these fields as i do not have them anymore to view or edit.View Comment

As soon as a remove ATC_Teleseller from the module folder Sugar crashes. This being the case a cannot access the rebuild options in admin page.View Comment

NO i do not but i'm not sure if this is the case because my registration key is no longer valid? I have also tried to remove all files regarding ATC_teleseller but when i did this is crashed me CRM and i could not even log into, so i did a restore of my crm and have not done anything with it since 8 months ago. The reason i also would like to remove it is that it also seems to be affecting my targets list module. I do not have any access to any subpanels in my targets list. One of the mail challenges with teleseller was getting ti to work properly in the targets list module. Not sure it this helps at all.View Comment

Hello I Have 1.0.103, Teleseller has never worked completely for me from initial install, I have work with support in the past and they even gave me an updated version 1.0.81 to install, but that broke my CRM so i uninstall that and now i cannot seem to remove 1.0.103.View Comment

Just found another error with Contact indicators when converting a lead to a contact and creating an opportunity at the same time. after conversion process has run I get a database falure. System creates a contact but now opportunity, looked in error log and found the following error. after uninstalling contact indicators the lead convert to opportunity works. here is the error...

Just touching base on the email issue, it also seems that contact indicators are updated randomly as well, Should they update after a activity is completed in the record presumably after refreshing the record or is there a timed delay before the indicator is changed?

Since we have uploaded the latest version of Contact indicators we are still getting the the described error in our emails above and contact indicators is working inconsistently. Sometimes it updates an account right away to show that there was contact made and sometimes it just does nothing. Any feed back would be appreciated.View Comment

I Also uninstalled the contactindicator module and ran a quick repair and i can now send out emails without an error. to clarify the above bug, when we got the error code were unable to close out the email so we close the browser, logged back in, checked our sent emails folder and we did confirm that the email did actually send out.View Comment

We use this module in targets, leads & contacts conversion process as well. As in project tasks. It much easier and cleaner then using a submodules with ducuments in it as it seems like you have to dill down forever just to download the document. With your module you are literally one click away to download. Much easier & a time saver!View Comment

I have securitysuite and when i removed the additional group view i made in studio in the targets module, the Fileupload field appeared in the default view. tested and no problems.View Comment

I also changed the .tpl files & php file in the Fileupload folder from 644 to 755. Did quick rebuild, cleared browser cache. no change in results.View Comment

I went ahead and removed the Easy Theme files from my sugar directory and tried to re upload via the module loader, The module loader displays "Easy Theme Module successfully uplaoded" yet when i got to themes under admin or look for the file in directory of sugar under the Themes folder, EasyThem no longer appears. I will hold off doing anything else at this time so as to not make things worse. i look forward to your reply.View Comment

Are there more specific instructions on changing the theme color's? Do i only change the color codes in the php file located at /themes/Easy-Theme20/php/setup.php or do i have to change in addition the colors code in the .css files?
The Home Page were the dashlets show does not even load even though i have the home page shortcut in all the grouped drop downs.
Also when trying to run a report i get a 404 page error and no report is generated.
What would it take to have someone look at my instance as trying to trouble shoot it via this support page is not going to suffice. I also have additional customization's on my sugar instance that are now not working for example my click to dial functionality.
Please let me know how i would be able to correspond directly with someone so that i can share login information.

When I first loaded the Theme I misread the instruction and actually went into the php file to change colors instead of running the php script. I worked with Marco at dm, he was great and very quick to assist. The simple reporting is great for my sales and processing teams. I still use a different reporting module for more comprehensive reports. The subpanel UI is simple and uncluttered, a big improvement I feel. Marco also let me know that more features are coming down the pipe! View Add-on
