Closed Bug? created by sugarproc Verified Purchase 3 years ago

Hello,

we just wanted to upgrade from main Sugar version (Enterprise - self hosted) 7.7.1.1. to 7.7.2.0 and got the following message from the updater:
- Found "echo" in custom/Synolia/SynoGenerateDoc/SynoGenerateDocUtils.php on line 60
The updater provided the following link about the issue:
http://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Installation_Upgrade/Troubleshooting_Health_Check_Output/Health_Check_Error_Found_Echo/index.html

I have been attached a PrintScreen about this issue:

    Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There must be some new upgrade rules for upgrading to 7.7. We will analyse the code of the module and try to find a solution quickly.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

For now, to upgrade SugarCRM you will have to uninstall the module before upgrading and reinstall it afterwards. I have contacted the developement team to submit this limitation.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

    Kind regards,
    Synolia Support

      Hello Synolia Support,

Thank You for your answer! We actually figured out that for us was enough to disable the plugin in the Module Loader. At upgrade passed the health check.
