Hello,
Can you please tell us your version of Sugar, the version of the module (you can find it from Administration > Module loader) as well as the browser you are using? This should help us to try and reproduce the issue and fix it.

Hi,
We are using SugarCRM Enterprise version 7.7.2.0, SynoDashboard Templates version 20161024, and we have tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox and get just a message that says "error" in all 3 browsers.

Hello,
Can you please upgrade to the latest version of the module : 20170223. The package is available from your profile. To upgrade, download the package and install it over the current one. Then do a quick repair and rebuild (Administration > Repair).

It seems that you change the theme of your Sugar, may disable these changes to check if that solve this issue?
