We still have the problem, now, the sugarchimp table is 28GB from 16GB in 2 months!
Cannot use another version as the licence is expired, the version we used is 10.1.4a (10/28/2020)
Yes, we did try Quick Repair and Rebuild.
Can you please send us the documentation to completely remove this manually?
Thanks, AdrianView Comment

Thanks for the prompt response.
Was this feature removed or was it not there in the first place?
Because accordingly to your documents and screenshots, you guys showed that you have such feature.

We do a repair rebuild everytime after we deploy.

Scheduling a reindex fixed the problem. The main reason I had to reinstall is that I was not able to see the plugin config options in the admin module after we do a deployment. We do deployments every month and every time I have to reinstall Sugarchimp and Zendesk plugin to make it visible in the admin module. But I can say that plugin is working in the background after deployment and is only a UI issue.
Could you advise on how we could avoid reinstallation after each deployment?

If you are setting up your nginx reverse proxy according to this guide: https://docs.nginx.com/nginx/admin-guide/web-server/reverse-proxy/
Then we should be able to get information passed along correctly without any setting updates on our end. We just need to be sure data is passed along from the webhook to proxy server, to the internal crm server.
We have a config option for outbound proxies as well. Let me know if you need more information on that.
Let me know how I can help.
