  Hello, it is ok not to show internal calls, as for point 2 the internal number is 158 (the prefix 72 or 74 is only used to call from one pbx to another)

  Hello, thank you for your answer, regarding your questions:
  1. An extension number can be found in both pbx, for example for the systems department the extension is 158, if you want to call this ext from pbx1 to pbx2 it is done with 72158 and in the opposite case it would be with 74158.
  2. A user always works with a single pbx, it is correct.
