Hi,
I could not see the dropdown list in the target list edition panel. I also could not see the 'Target lists' module in the Studio.
First I followed the instructions suggested in the link below to add it to the Studio : http://forums.sugarcrm.com/f3/trouble-editing-target-list-list-view-headings-24551/ Then I added the SugarChimp field to the Target list Layouts. Now I'm able to reconfigure the target lists. Thank you :)

Thanks for your response. I followed your instructions but I can't see any option to edit MailChimp list in the SugarCRM target list edition panel. I appreciate it if you help me more with this. We are using SugarCRM Version 6.5.2 (Build 8410)

Hi You were right. The problem was caused by another file that we had manipulated by mistake. It's now working just fine. Thank you for your support.

Thank you for your quick response. We made the change in the helper.php file. We don't get any more notice on our errorlog file but still the whole crm is not working. Is there any chance that the module is causing some other issues to the system?

Hi there, We had the same issue and we took the steps suggested to overcome the SSL certificate problem. Now the CRM is not showing up on the browser and we have the following error in our phperrors.log file: Undefined index: sugarchimp_logger in [FILES PATH]\htmlroot\modules\SugarChimp\includes\classes\SugarChimp\Helper.php
Can you please help us with this?

AND also one more important question! Does the new version of SugarChimp get integrated with the SugarCRM Version 6.5.2 (Build 8410)? [I just thought with myself that we can get the trial version first to get answers to all of our questions! . right?]

Hi there, I'm back :) Thanks for helping me with this issue. One more question! It may be too much detailed. But I really need help. The scenario that we have is as below: We have customized our contacts module and we've added some check boxes there. We have made several marketing lists which gets synchronized with the contacts list automatically and immediately. I mean, by ticking and unticking each check box , records gets added and removed from the target list. It works perfectly. Previously we were using the older version of SugarChimp to send out Newsletters and emails. The target lists in the mailchimp were getting synchronized with the sugarCRM and also the unsubscription process was working fine. "If somebody was subscribing from a newsletter, the mailchimp list was also updated, the targetlist on SugarCRM was updated and the check box in the Contact panel was unticked" Now is the actual question! I'm not aware if the guys who have set up the previous version had done any code customization or not. I want to know if we will be able to use the new version of SugarChimp as the previous one. I mean does it have anything to do with the checkboxes? I myself think that check boxes are only hard coded o be in relation with Target lists within the SugarCRM. They will get updated as long as the target lists gets updated disregarding the SugarChimp version. [My question may be irrelevant to the purpose of this forum so I appologize in advance.] Thanks
