Hi Jon,
I do not think that the Contact/Lead/Account modules are touched by this workflow in anyway. Also, we created this workflow around 6 months ago but we started experiencing the problem just recently.

Hi Jon,
We are currently using a legacy workflow that fires once a Call record start date is less than 15 minutes from the start time. At that time, an alert is sent to the user assigned to the call record. No changes are made to the call record itself.
With this in mind, it is unclear how we could delay the workflow. It seems that the workflow is possibly causing the logic hook to fire, but that is also unclear.
Are you able to provide more information on what steps are taken to create a delay that you mentioned in a legacy workflow?

Hi, can you send me the latest version, i am having the same issue with not being able to see Account Name (account_name) in the contact module when field mapping. I am using 7.6.0 for sugar 7

I'm happy for the contact to be deleted from the mailchimp list, just not unsubscribed. is there a way to do this?

ok then. So how delete a contact from without deleting it from a target list? Once the contact is deleted from the contacts module, it's removed from all areas of Sugar, correct?
How did you guys originally think to handle deleting a contact? I ask because i need to know what my options are because as it stands i can no longer delete contacts.

All this is happening when i am within the contacts module. For instance, when i am in the contacts module, i click edit, find duplicates, go through that process and then i log into mailchimp and the contact has been unsubscribed.
What would having both on the same list achieve? From my view, the contact is being removed from the target list and then sugarchimp is unsubscribing them. And even then, if i delete a contact from Sugar, that doesn't mean i want them unsubscribed from that list. i may want to move that contact back to that list at a later point and I would have to delete all their activity data from that list in order to return them to the list.Is there a way to set what sugarchimp does with the contact depending on if they are deleted?

1) When i run the query a little message appears in the top of page "[object Object]" (contacts module)
2) I set the query to run overnight. I came in and it seems like it has ran. all my contacts are in the target list but my mailchimp list halved. I did an export of my mailchimp list and only 900 (out of 7849) contacts were pushed from the target list to the mailchimp list.
3) Can you give me a better explanation of the dynamic action. i.e What is the best was to apply it to an existing list? I have set it to 'remove' and then today when i came in i set it to 'remove and redo'. Is that the best way to do it?
4) I tried setting up a query for the targets module. When i press 'select report', no reports populate.
