The module now runs and will show the clipboard file on the "add new lead" page. How do i enable it to appear in the "edit lead" page?

i narrowed down the issue. In your installation manual after verifying the license key in the admin->SugarClipboard: License Configuration I do not have a section below to manage users. Please advise

I confirmed file permissions and i have also tried reinstalling / Quick Repair and Rebuild

In the body of the error page it says:
Data not available
Page does not exist or you do not have permission to access this page.
Please try again. If the error persists, please contact your Sugar Administrator.
Go back to previous page.
I have confirmed all files & folders within http folder are 777 permission access. Still does not work.
