#3934 - Issue with Synolia Dashboard Manager

Hi Support,

When you go into “Dashboard manager > Select a dashboard > Depoly the current template” the Search and Select Users just hangs as per below and no users are displayed.

Can you please assist?

Note: We have just recently upgraded our Instance from version 7.8.2.2 to version 8.0.1. I don't think we have updated the Synolia version. My current Synolia version is 20170424.

Could you please help me whether I should upgrade this ? If I should could you please provide me guides on what would be the best way to do it please?

    Hi

    Can you try to uninstall your Dashboard Manager Module and install an up-to-date one ?

    You can download the last version on your Dashboard Manager webpage plan.

      I have tried re-installing the package to the latest version but still having the same issue.

      Hi

      Can you do a Quick repair and rebuild (Administration > Repair > Quick repair and rebuild) and reload the page and try again?

      You can also try to delete your browser cache.

      If your issue is still here can you send us your Sugar & Apache log files by mail to sugaroutfitters@synolia.com ?
      Let me know if it's too heavy for an email transfert.

    Hi Support,

    Sorry for the late reply. I have tried doing this. But after I deployed the template for certain user it is not affecting the targeted users at all.

    Could you please help as in what is causing this?

    Hi,

    Can you try these two things :

    1 : Check if these concerned users are in the historic dashboard deployment
    2 : Ask to concerned users to logout and re-login

    Hi Support,

    When I try to Load or deploy a template, the page gets stuck at loading, doesn't display any users.

    I have uninstalled and installed and done R&R but still getting the same issue.

    Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue and how to fix it.
