#2030 - Some users dashboards can't be loaded

We have successfully set up dashboards for some users via a 'Dashboard User'. We have now made changes to the template dashboard user and would like to reload the dashboard, but we always receive a pop-up window stating 'error'. We receive the same error for all users who we deployed this dashboard initially to, other users with their own dashboards can be loaded without issues. So it seems to be an issue with the initial dashboard template we set up and deployed, but we can't figure out what it is.
When I let the F12 console running when loading the dashboard users dashboard, I receive following error message:

And when clicking on the POST URL, the message is as follows: "{"error":"need_login","error_message":"No valid authentication for user."}"
Any ideas what the issue might be? We tried loading dashboards from regular and admin users but still same issue.

What SugarCRM version are you using, and is it hosted by SugarOpenCloud (on-demand)?

Hello,
We are unable to reproduce your problem on an on-site instance of SugarCRM. Unfortunatelly it is not possible for us to test a n on-demand instance.and the URL that is used in the call : https://instance.sugaropencloud.eu seems a bit generic.
You will probably have to contact Sugar about this error.
