#2136 - bad sql in Sugar 7.7. Ent

Closed Bug? created by gary Verified Purchase 4 years ago

Hi, I have tested the plugin in a vanilla 7.7 and the create board reloads each time you select a variable, and the new Board you save is not available to you once you browse away from it.

I appears there is some bad sql in the logs

MySQL error 1052: Column 'assigned_user_id' in where clause is ambiguous

SELECT
kanban.*,
jt0.first_name rel_modified_by_name_first_name,
jt0.last_name rel_modified_by_name_last_name,
jt0.last_name modified_by_name,
jt0.created_by modified_by_name_owner,
'Users' modified_by_name_mod,
jt1.first_name rel_created_by_name_first_name,
jt1.last_name rel_created_by_name_last_name,
jt1.last_name created_by_name,
jt1.created_by created_by_name_owner,
'Users' created_by_name_mod,
jt3.name AS tag,
ts1.created_by team_count_owner,

tj.created_by team_name_owner,

jt6.first_name rel_assigned_user_name_first_name,

FROM
kanban
LEFT JOIN users jt0
    ON kanban.modified_user_id = jt0.id
    AND jt0.deleted = 0
    AND jt0.deleted = 0
LEFT JOIN users jt1
    ON kanban.created_by = jt1.id
    AND jt1.deleted = 0
    AND jt1.deleted = 0
LEFT JOIN tag_bean_rel jt2
    ON kanban.id = jt2.bean_id
    AND jt2.deleted = 0
LEFT JOIN tags jt3
    ON jt2.tag_id = jt3.id
    AND jt2.deleted = 0
LEFT JOIN team_sets ts1
    ON kanban.team_set_id = ts1.id
    AND ts1.deleted = 0
    AND ts1.deleted = 0
LEFT JOIN teams tj
    ON kanban.team_id = tj.id
    AND tj.deleted = 0
    AND tj.deleted = 0
LEFT JOIN users jt6
    ON kanban.assigned_user_id = jt6.id
    AND jt6.deleted = 0
    AND jt6.deleted = 0
WHERE (
    assigned_user_id = '1'
    AND TYPE = 'personal'
)
AND kanban.deleted = 0

I think the WHERE should be :
WHERE (
    kanban.assigned_user_id = '1'
    AND TYPE = 'personal'
)
AND kanban.deleted = 0

Thanks
Gary

    Hi Gary,
    Could you please describe what Kanban did you create?
    Clarify what did you select in these fields:
    - Target module:
    - Target field:
    - Display as columns:
    - Display as closing columns:
    - Header fields:
    - Content fields:

    PS
    If you can give me access to your CRM I will try to repeat your problem, it will help us to resolve your issue sooner.

      Hi, it is effecting all modules and all boards. This was a vanilla test instance enterprise instance. In particular I selected Cases and am thrown out of the board, i can click back in and select the status field and again am throw out. At this point I can click back in and setup all remaining options, view the board and all functionality works fine. if I navigate away, the board I created is no longer available in the module. Following the fixes I have outlined here, everything is working fine.
