Nevermind. We've already updated to 8.3a. I'm behind on this due to being sick last week.View Comment

This is Greg, the tech guy. I am having problems.
• The version at our Outfitters orders page is not 8.2.3, it is 8.2.1View Comment
• When I try to upload SugarChimp-8.2.1-for-Sugar8.zip I get the error message “The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of Sugar: 8.3.0”
• Same for every other version of SugarChimp available from our Outfitters orders page

Working like a charm now. Thanks for the assist. Knowing about that adminbatches page is awesome. It let me troubleshoot a couple dozen contacts that weren't syncing correctly for various other reasons too! You can close this out.View Comment

I'm killing that field entirely. It was titled "UNUSED" in mailchimp, and was already marked as not required. So I'm just making it go away. Must be a legacy of something they stopped using and forgot to tell me about.View Comment

Thanks Jon, it's working perfectly now. Clearing the queues and understanding how the scheduler works and having it set right means everything is now working great. All the contacts are synced like they are supposed to be.View Comment

There are several examples that the marketing team have found for me of newly added contacts that didn't sync over to MailChimp. It's kind of complicated by the fact that they had to do a CSV import into MC in order to do a mailing campaign. But the last contact that was added to MailChimp's list via "API-Generic" (i.e. via SugarChimp) was on 1/10/17.
And, as I said, it never changes from "in-progress" on the Health Check page.View Comment

Woah. That is some fast response time! Thanks so much. I will let SugarCRM support know that I've updated it again and have them run the health check. If that passes, then I'll let you know so you can close this out. Thanks!View Comment
