#4442 - Version 10 Install error

Hi there

I just tried to install this new version. The loader gets to 80% and freezes. See below image. Can you let me know what we need to do to get around this? R&R did not work.

    Happy to help. The most common reason for this issue is an Elasticsearch Index Failure. You can see steps to resolve this here: https://fanaticallabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016251832-Common-SugarChimp-Installation-Issues

    If that doesn't fix things, can you send along your Sugar logs to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com?
