I will need to re-open this. We followed the unsubscribe process. In SugarCRM they are fine - in MailChimp they are unsubscribed. I will need you to look at this and see what you can suggest.

Thanks for the reply. The response from my client is below.
This was more than 12 months ago so I have no clear memory but certainly could have deleted a Target List at the time as I was still learning how to use it properly.
Yes they are still showing in the Target List in Sugar, they look like they are “Subscribed” though not sure how you tell.
See below the Target List Header, I note the date and time created is the same date and about 10 minutes earlier than the date and time that all the records in Mail Chimp are showing as their “unsubscribed” date.
Mailchimp actually lets me “Subscribe” these contacts that are showing as Unsubscribed so I could do this manually.
In checking out an example they show in the target list but if you Edit the contact you can see it is unsubscribed.
I guess we need to know if we can change these in bulk? I suspect what caused this was a target list deleted? Or is it something else?

I have checked the manifest for 7.9 (SUGAR_SYNODASHBOARDTEMPLATES_7.9_20170804) and the version is 20170607. That is the latest version which displays on our Sugaroutfitter. If there is another version please supply me with it?View Comment

As instructed I uninstalled the version, downloaded and reinstalled the latest version SUGAR_SYNODASHBOARDTEMPLATES_7.9_20170804. I would expect the version number to change to 20170804 however it remains

The Sugar version is 18.104.22.168 and the dashboard templates version is 20170607. We upgraded the system two months ago roughly. This is a new install and we have not used dashboard template on this Sugar before.

Thanks for following up. All is good, the client had the wrong list settings. We have learned a lot about syncing and count differences recently so now feel like an expert!

The listview # did show the lists so this is now resolved. I would have expected paging or "read more" if there was more to show.
I then changed the URL to adminbatches. I cannot add a screenshot on here - although there are no errors the first date shown is 2017-05-30 02:35:02. There is not scroll on this page so although more entries are showing I cannot page through them.
Can you please get back to me about how to resolve this.

Jason, this is actually a test instance running on my local Mac (MAMP). It is very old so if that is the issue I understand. It is 6.5.2. The client will run this on 6.5.16 (or in any case the latest one of that generation). Otherwise its flawless.View Comment
