Once Xero SugarCRM Link is installed and the configuration is completed an initial sync is performed, This will link Xero contacts with SugarCRM accounts and contacts only (Identically named records will be linked . No new Xero contacts will be created in SugarCRM and no new accounts or contacts will be crated in Xero. After initial sync is completed you will be able to manually link SugarCRM accounts with Xero Contacts. You will also manually be able to crate new Xero Contacts from SugarCRM Accounts.
Our client purchased it directly, so we do not have access to it in our account. I was hoping it might be possible to get the download as the client is not at their office and cannot provide it to me from their account.
If that is the only way to get the download link though, that is fine, I will let our client know and we can arrange that tomorrow.

I also tested yesterday, and found everything to be working for me as well.
I have spoken with Bernadette this morning and tested a little further, and we identified that the dashboards she had created prior to you applying your last fix were still deploying without filters.
We tried recreating the dashboard from scratch though, and the new version deployed without issue!
Bernadette will be going through and creating a number of new dashboards today, but I expect that this will work as expected now.
I will follow up again this afternoon.
