FYI...that SugarCRM Customer Portal User Manual link goes to a Page Not Found message. Also, is this product available for 11.1 enterprise / Sugar Sell?

One follow-up. Is there a way for an administrator to delete any of the filters that users have created without logging into each user and doing it from there?

It DEFINITELY helps, so thanks! I was able to create the Custom Query, run it, add / deploy a filter, run it and see the new filter in the data, delete the filter, rerun the custom query, and see the data gone. So thank you so much! VO

Thanks for the quick response :) Yes, you are correct in what I'm looking for. I am an admin on a SugarCRM Cloud Ent 11.0 instance. If you could help with a query and how to use it...I'm not well versed in Advanced Reporting...that would be much appreciated. VO

Sorry, I also wanted to verify that the Reason For Unsubscribing provided on the MailChimp Unsubscribed Success Form DOES NOT get interfaced to SugarCRM in any way that we can report on it. This could be key information on what steps we take to follow-up with the Contact. Please confirm this. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback, Heidi. I understand most of your "research" (thank you for that) except about how using a Process Business Rule will help. I tried creating a PBR to see what fields were available to evaluate and I saw the Email Address, but not any of the other fields like Opt-Out or Invalid that would be needed to determine if this was an email address I should act upon (e.g. newly Opt-Out or Invalid). Am I missing something here?
Again, thanks for your feedback and for the product that does so much work that I don't have to worry about!

Thank you for the help. I am seeing SugarCRM Contacts that started with one email address, which then gets pushed to MailChimp, but then changes the email address in SugarCRM and the MailChimp record for that person does not have the new email address. Do I need some other process to correct/change email addresses so they are the same in both SugarCRM and MailChimp? Note: we do not do a specific sync from MailChimp to SugarCRM (other than what statistics/clean/unsub pushes to SugarCRM by default). Thanks for your continued support!
