#4115 - Lots of Unsubscred by "Admin Action"

my current subscribers seem extremely low compared to our full audience list. I'm wondering if things aren't syncing properly. I seem to have a lot of unsubscribers but it says my unsubscribe rate is only .6% so this isn't making any sense to me. When I click through a bunch of the profiles of people who have unsubscribed I keep seeing a non-subscribe by "admin". I'm not sure what that is. Can someone please call me so we can walk through the account set up together?

    Thanks for reaching out. There are some legitimate reasons why a list count may not match, such as those found here: https://fanaticallabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021151512-My-CRM-and-Mailchimp-list-counts-do-not-match

    However, it sounds like there may be something else at play. Can you tell me if you deleted a synced Mailchimp audience or Sugar list at some point? Additionally, can you try making an update, such as the name of a subscriber, and seeing it the change makes it to Sugar? Additionally, can you test making a change in Sugar to see if it makes it to Mailchimp? This will help us better understand if the sync is working as it should.

      Hello - it doesn't look like the sync is working properly. I have not deleted anything. I can see leads in sugar and mailchimp that have different lead statuses which is how our email campaigns are set up so that's a big problem for us. This isn't something we can figure out over text. I need someone to set up a call with me and go through the configuration to make sure it's set up right.

      Hi Heidi - now my sync list has completely disappeared. I don't know what I happened. It was not deleted so not sure how it's just now missing. We need this fixed asap. Can you take a look?

    Just wanted to follow up here. We've updated to the newest version, which appeared to resolve some of the issues encountered with subscribers not making it to Mailchimp as expected. Now that the newest version appears to have installed correctly, we checked the functionality regarding sync and we'll check back in to see if further issues are encountered in the next day or so. I'll follow up again in the open email we have!
