#2247 - not able to add dashlet in sugar

Hi - i was able to install the package and connect. but i am getting stuck at the dashlet. i am not able to see the dashlet when trying to add in sugar (Account, Contact... dashboards). the open to choose the zendesk integration is not there

    Hello, thanks for giving it a try. I noticed through your other conversation that you were able to get your dashlet setup.

    But you might still be unable to see data on the Zendesk side. Are you still having issues seeing data? If so, try this:

    Go back through the setup process. Go to Sugar > Admin > Zendesk Configuration (it may redirect you to step 4 since you have the dashlet already installed, but click on step 1 at the top). Go all the way through the process again to make sure there is a good connection.

    After doing this, go back to Zendesk and refresh the page. You should not see the "Congrats! The Sugar Zendesk app is installed." It should be a different look.

    If you're still having issues after trying this, let us know and we can setup a screenshare to figure out exactly what's going on.

      Hi - i went back to sugar as instructed. i went through all the steps from Welcome, license and connect. All were successful. i can see the zendesk dashlet on a specific contact. So SugarCRM side looks like its working. I just dont see any content.

      The zendesk side says:
                   Congrats!
                   The Sugar Zendesk App is installed.
                   NEXT STEP: Now you need to download and install the SugarCRM module so you can connect your Zendesk account to your Sugar account.
                   .....

      I refresh the zendesk screen, but nothing shows
