The integration between SuiteCRM and Mailchimp is really helping us keep the Sales team and the Customer Care team aligned. For awhile, we had things setup incorrectly and data was not flowing as it should; once we got a Fanatically Zen support person to help us (thanks, Heidi!), she got to the bottom of it and it's working great!

The Zendesk integration with SugarCRM is amazing! It's a 2-way integration that greatly increases Agent productivity as well as enabling our sales team to stay focused on sales! As the Service Desk Manager it simplifies my job and gives me complete visibility on all tickets. When there is an issue with the integration, Chad and Heidi are relentless in their pursuit of a solution! We had some unique challenges and these 2 went out of their way to ensure they understood the issue. We tried a few solutions that failed, so Heidi set up a Zoom meet with Chad - it was extremely productive and resulted in the solution being implemented during the session! I highly recommend the Integration and support that was provided. Well done!!

We can integrate Sugar and Zendesk with this integration. It even works with Sugar Community edition 6.5. Their support engineer is awesome and went through the effort. Thanks Chad.

ZenDesk integration was one of the things that attracted us to SugarCRM, and it was a real setback when ZenDesk discontinued their native support. Fortunately this add-on is really great, probably better than the original native integration from ZenDesk. And the developers are excellent - they really went out of their way to collaborate with ZD users that were left out in the cold and deliver what they said they wanted.
