Thanks for getting back to me. We are currently on 10.2, about to go to 10.3. Your module looks great and, if it does what it says we would buy it.

Thanks for getting back to me.
Our installed version is 3.6.12.7.P. The steps you mentioned did not seem to resolve the problem.
I'm really not sure what version of the LinkedIn interface we're using so I have included screenshots. Please note that at first clicking your icon generates the error shown in the first image. Refreshing the page, removing the trailing slash and refreshing eventually lets us get a little farther, to what you see in the second screen shot.

We like this one a lot. It's not a huge productivity booster or anything but it works well and looks good. Our people all work remotely, and being able to connect a little at the start of each day with a photo and/or quote that unites us and reminds us we're not alone is a real benefit. View Add-on

Very helpful. If we're going to be exhibiting at an event we can find all the leads within a given radius and reach out to them – asking them to come visit our booth. We can check for clients in the area and arrange for visits. In the past we could only use native SugarCRM functionality to search by city or state, which really wasn't helpful. More often than not it just devolved into asking each other if anyone knew a shop near a certain town. This is a massive improvement and a great investment as it lets us really maximize the money we spend on travel and exhibiting. View Add-on

ZenDesk integration was one of the things that attracted us to SugarCRM, and it was a real setback when ZenDesk discontinued their native support. Fortunately this add-on is really great, probably better than the original native integration from ZenDesk. And the developers are excellent - they really went out of their way to collaborate with ZD users that were left out in the cold and deliver what they said they wanted. View Add-on

This is a very elegant approach to a tricky problem. The best part is that you simply select any existing dashboard as the basis for your template. I was worried that you would have to recreate dashboards to make templates, being able to simply copy one that works is a much, much better solution. View Add-on
