1. ZD view for account - dont show all non relevant (non account domain emails).
2. Ability to quick create contact / lead / cases (or ability to show ZD tickets in the SugarCRM cases dashlet)
3. show sugarCRM lead information for ZD contacts

Hi Chad - yes. The ability to automate some features would make this more useful. right now you can open a SugarCRM contact from ZenDesk. But the ability to copy over some fields would be a plus.View Comment

Is it possible to create a contact in sugarCRM? You could copy some of the information such as email and open a new window in SugarCRM.View Comment

Hi - i went back to sugar as instructed. i went through all the steps from Welcome, license and connect. All were successful. i can see the zendesk dashlet on a specific contact. So SugarCRM side looks like its working. I just dont see any content.
The zendesk side says:
The Sugar Zendesk App is installed.
NEXT STEP: Now you need to download and install the SugarCRM module so you can connect your Zendesk account to your Sugar account.
I refresh the zendesk screen, but nothing showsView Comment
