#2870 - installation of SugarChimp 7.8 stops working at 80%

I'm having trouble upgrading to SugarChimp 7.8, installation stops working at 80% while working on rebuilding table disctionay, can you help resolve?

    Sorry for the trouble installing the update. I'm glad to help you out. In order for us to figure out exactly what's going on, we'll need to get a few more details from you. First, can you go pull the Sugar logs from admin > System Settings > 'View Log' (or Configure Log, link down at the bottom). Then, select 'Mark Point'. After that, go and retry the installation of SugarChimp. If possible, take a screenshot of the entire installation logs so we can see what gets done. After it's clearly done, go back to your Logs and choose 'Refresh from Mark'. It should populate with all of the logs for the installation.

    Copy and paste that entire page into a .txt file and email it to along with the screenshot if you were able to get it. I'll be able to look through and see if we can discovery what's holding up the installation. I look forward to hearing back from you.
