Your recommendation works, thank you. I'm ready to start my evaluation of the product now that I have it working correctly. Can you reset my 30-day free trial period and have it start as of yesterday? My users have not been able to start evaluating your product until yesterday. Please let me know your decision by close of business this coming Friday.

In a Sugar users Role settings I do not allow them to do mass updates for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities. Should I change the users' role setting to allow them to do mass updates?

Currently, I'm on Sugar 8.0.0 release and Sugar will be upgrading my instance sometime in the next 30 days to release 8.0.1

I'm no longer interested in purchasing your product. It will not be necessary for you to modify a version of your product for me so the product will work with Sugar On Demand.

I'm still having problems after installing Social2Sugar. When I access a Sugar Lead or Contact record I receive the following error message “View Render Failed Failed to render a view Please contact technical support”. I contacted Sugar Technical Support and I created Case number 295410. I'm waiting for Sugar Tech Support to respond to my Case. Can you tell me if your product has compatibility problems with Sugar? Do you know what this error message means?

You can close this case as I fixed my problem.
After uninstalling SugarChimp I was having a compatibility problem with a new product from SugarCRM’s code named Mach 1. This product is in beta stage and the product apparently makes changes to the Sugar Lead and Contact module when you install it in your Sugar instance. Here is what I did to solve my problem; I successfully reinstalled MailChimp, then I successfully uninstalled Mach 1, ran a test and I was able to access the Sugar Lead and Contact module, then I successfully uninstalled MailChimp and ran a test and I was able to access the Sugar Lead and Contact module. All appears to be working okay.
I hope this information is helpful to you and you may want to contact your Sugar tech support point person for addition information.

Have you resolved compatibly issue with Sugar 7.7? If not when do you expect to release a patch? If you have resolved the issue how can I get updated version?

Very smooth and efficient integration between SugarCRM and Constant Contact. Easy to install and configure. Their tech support is outstanding. I had one technical issue and Scott Miller and his team responded immediately and the issue was solved the same day. View Add-on
