I added a new list field in MC called Account. I want the account name to come over from SugarCrm. How do I now link the Account field from Sugar so that i see it in my MC list?

Good question! To sync additional fields, all you need to do is update the field mapping using the Field Mapping tool (found in Admin, scroll to SugarChimp section, click "Field Mapping") Here are the instructions for how to use it: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SugarChimp/sync-custom-fields
If your list is already synced but now you want to resync the data so that the account name shows up in MailChimp, the first thing you need to do go to the synced Target List in Sugar, click edit and change the "MailChimp List" field to blank and save. We're essentially saying "stop syncing this list" by doing this. Now, go back to the SugarChimp Configuration (go to Admin, scroll to SugarChimp section, click "SugarChimp Configuration") and sync your list again like you did previously using these instructions: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/SugarChimp/add-new-list

The problem seems to be in Sugar. When I look at the contact drop down Account Name is not an option. It is in the Target list but my report was built on a contact list. I can't seem to get the report that i want as a Target list.

I have a few questions to make sure I understand what you're trying to do.
1) If you go to Admin > Module Loader, what version of SugarChimp do you have installed?
2) Are you saying that you cannot see the Account Name field listed in the Field Mapping tool for the Contact module? It should be listed as "Account Name (account_name)". If you don't see the Field Mapping tool option, then you'll need to download and install the latest version.
3) To add your contacts to the target list, If you go to the target list and scroll to the Contacts subpanel, click the down arrow and choose the "Select from Reports" option. Correct , Account Name is missing from the drop down list for Contacts. Its there for Targets.
I've got this part I just need Acct Name on the Contact list

Hi, can you send me the latest version, i am having the same issue with not being able to see Account Name (account_name) in the contact module when field mapping. I am using 7.6.0 for sugar 7

Hi Friedrich, we were able to correct this in the latest version.
All you need to do is download the latest package from your orders page https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders then go to Sugar > Admin > Module Loader, upload and install the zip file. There is no need to uninstall your current version of SugarChimp. This will not affect any of your current settings. When the installation completes, you will be redirected to the SugarChimp Configuration page. Follow the steps to the License Validation page, click Validate and you are done.
After you do this, go to the Field Mapping page you should be able to see the account_name field available for the Contacts module.
