#4486 - MailChimp Error

We implemented the Mail Chimp module this week and I am getting an error message when trying to merge accounts now, Error is below. I reported to Sugar but they suggested we contact you for support.

Getting an error 500 trying to merge accounts. error log says the below:

    Happy to help. Can you try running a Quick Repair and Rebuild and let me know if that resolves the issue? https://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Troubleshooting/Performing_a_Quick_Repair_and_Rebuild/

    If that doesn't resolve things, let's put SugarChimp into debug mode and grab some logs. Steps for this are below: 1. From within Sugar Admin, navigate to the Health Status page. 2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect. 3. Switch to the Console tab, and then paste: SUGAR.App.api.call('get',SUGAR.App.api.buildURL('SugarChimp/setting/logger/debug'),{},{}); 4. Attempt to merge Accounts (or whatever replicates the error you previously saw.) 5. Send over the logs to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com. You can get these by following the steps below:

    From Sugar Admin, click System Settings Click View Log at the bottom of the page Click All at the top of the page Copy/paste the text that appears into a .txt file to send to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com

    1. When completed, you can return the logger level to normal by pasting the following into the Console tab: SUGAR.App.api.call('get',SUGAR.App.api.buildURL('SugarChimp/setting/logger/normal'),{},{});

    Repair/Rebuild did not fix the issue, I've emailed the requested logs.
