#4041 - Information not syncing from Mail Chimp to Sugar CRM

Hi,

When syncing information from Mail Chimp to Sugar, only the first name and last name are syncing.
No other information is syncing. I have double checked web hooks, field mapping and health check status and everything seems in place.

How can I fix this?

    We do send out emails about updates, they usually go the email address we have on file. I don't show that your email address is on our list, so I'll subscribe you to ensure you get updates going forward.

    Hi Morgan,

    Thanks for sending this along. Can you confirm the webhooks that appear in your Mailchimp list is the same as the webhook that appears on the Health Status page? You can find the webhook in Mailchimp by navigating to the list you're syncing, clicking Settings and selecting Webhooks. The webhooks should match exactly.

    Additionally, can you tell me if there are certain fields not being synced (such as fields you've mapped) or are contacts themselves not being synced.

    Finally, can you send along your Sugar logs so I can take a closer look? To do this, navigate to System Settings within Admin and click View Log at the bottom. You'll then click All to view the log. You can copy/paste the text that appears into a text file and send it to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com.

    Thanks for sending these along. I don't see anything in the logs that would cause an issue syncing. Can you tell me if there was anything different about the contact you most recently added that differed from the original contacts? If you have time, I'd love to look through this together.
