the installation was stoped in 82% completed and it damage the save function in my opportunities module

    Hello,

    I'm sorry for the issues. We've seen this one other time and the client was able to get it working after re-installing the plug-in. It seems that we lost connection to the database somewhere during the installation. Can you go back to Module Loader and give it another shot to see if that clears up the issue? Let me know how it goes.

    Can you send over your SugarCRM logs from Admin > System Settings > view log? Click 'all', and copy/paste the logs on that page into a .txt file to send over to support@sugarchimp.com. Hopefully we can catch an error in there that will point us in the right direction.

      I'm already sent to you the email with the log and some pictures about the installation. the subject for the email was "#2996 - the installation was stoped in 82% completed"

    During the call the installation worked. No changes needed. We don't know why the installation was sticking previously, but we were unable to replicate. I'm going to close this case out for now. Andres, let us know if you run into any more issues!
