Hey Kathy,
I'm glad to help you get setup with SugarChimp. This link provides a step by step walk-through: Installation Walk-Through
If you would let me know where the installation is getting hung up I can give you more details for that step. The file you download at: orders should be a .zip file. It needs to stay as a .zip file in order for Sugar to upload it. Some browsers automatically unzip the file, so I would try and download the file via a different browser. Let me know how it goes, I'm glad to answer any more questions.
