What's that? 2013 has almost come and gone already? With the end of the year coming so quickly, now is the time to take advantage of it. End of the year for many businesses around the world means two things: 1) Time to find ways to lessen that tax burden for 2013 2) Time to use up that department budget for 2013 Thankfully, many countries count "off the shelf" software as tax-deductible. What this means to you is that you can not only lessen your tax burden, but also increase the productivity and/or sales by plugging in much needed software into your employees’ daily routine.

The 3rd season of CRM Idol is well underway right now and we are fortunate to be have been one of the few selected for this year’s competition. CRM Idol provides up-and-coming players in the CRM space an opportunity to not just get exposure, but also the mentoring required to continue to grow. There are also auxiliary benefits that we have experienced. The biggest of which is that it really forced us to find how to best communicate our vision.
