Sugarchim connector's not working properly.
Information on Mailchimp is supposed to be synched to SugarCRM via Sugarchimp on the contact page. It's been a while that nothing have been synch. Here's sugarCrm instance : https://ccam.sugarondemand.com/

Happy to help. So that I can take a closer look, can you take a screenshot of your Health Status page and send it to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com? You can access this by navigating to the Health Status page within the SugarChimp section of your Sugar Admin page. Additionally, can you send a copy of your Sugar logs as well? Steps for this are below:

I realized this ticket was still open, even though we resolved the issue through email so I wanted to provide a quick update for anyone following along.
As a recap of what we chatted about through email, it looks like there was an "unknown" Mailchimp list within the Health Status page. This issue occurs when a Mailchimp audience is archived or deleted. Before deleting an audience in Mailchimp, you can check the Health Status page to see if the audience is syncing with Sugar and either remove the sync or use Sync Settings to sync your list to a new Mailchimp audience. Ideally, you set up your master list and don't need to delete any audiences in general.
