We are getting a lot of ERROR logged into our log file. Could you please let us know what could be the issue in this?

Hi Omair,
Thanks for reaching out with these errors. These errors may just pop up on things like Quick Repairs and Rebuild, etc. It looks like these are from 8/6. Can you tell me if these are ongoing or just a one time thing? Also, is anything out of the ordinary in regards to how the integration is running?

Thanks for your response and apologies for not getting back to you early.
These errors are not appearing just one time during repair and rebuild. However we are unable to determine the pattern as to which operation logs these errors. Could you please suggest what are these errors related to? and how can we solve them.
Business is using this plugin in couple of sugarCRM instances and wants to resolve every single error message getting logged.

Happy to help. Can you tell me the license key you're using? You can find this by navigating to Setup from Sugar's Admin page and clicking on Step 2. Additionally, can you send along a copy of your more recent logs so we can get more context to these errors and see if others are included?

Here is the license key "0ba121ecc3734957898959d876d354d0" The logs are the same as I mentioned above. Could you please let me know what are these errors related too and how can I resolve them?

Hi Omair,
Whenever Sugar rebuilds the cache or updates vardefs, it goes through and checks each module for relative view definitions. The errors you're seeing in the logs are when Sugar attempts to build a viewdef for SugarChimp sub-modules, which do not have any views as intended. These errors will not cause any issues.
If you switch your error log to fatals, you'll no longer see these errors.
Let me know if you have any further questions or if you notice the SugarChimp integration isn't working as intended.
