#3867 - Do not see my Target List on SugarChimp Configuration

Dear Sir/Madam,

After upgrading to latest version of SugarChimp, I do not see my Target Lists on configuration and field mapping tabs. This is very urgent. Kindly let me know how you guys can fix it. Thank you.

    Hello Jessica,

    I am sorry for the slow response, but am happy to help get this figured out. If you go to your Health Status page and scroll to the bottom, do you see your list showing as syncing to MailChimp? If so, then it will be the related MailChimp List that shows on the field mapping page, not the Sugar Target List. It should be there. If not, then we need to set it back up as syncing from the Configuration page.

    One issue we might run in to, is that the dropdown options are limited on size and sorted alphabetically. Can you rename your Target List to start with "0-" so that it shows up at the top of the list when you navigate to the Configuration page. I believe that should get you what you need.

    Hi Jon,

    I've tried so many times. The Field Mapping page just acting weird, only leading me to health status page. Is there a way you can reset it? I am pretty sure the application of the latest version of SugarChimp has screwed up.

    Hello Jessica,

    There is no easy way to reset the application, but you can completely uninstall it from Admin > Module Loader and reinstall it if you need to. However, based on our last conversation, I'd like to get on a call to see what is going on first hand and try to help guide us to the best solution. Can you set us up a time to do that here:

    There should not be anything you need to prepare for the call. However, I will not be into the office tomorrow until about 1pm your time. Can we move the call to that time? If not, I could do 11am on Wednesday? I apologize for the late notice. Let me know how you would like to adjust the meeting and I will make sure the Calendar is updated accordingly.

    Hello Jessica,

    It seems I put this response in and never sent the email! I'm sorry about that mistake. Please send them this information:

    -- While troubleshooting issues with the SugarChimp support team, we came across an error from deleting Target Lists. We are getting an internal 500 error every time a Target List is deleted. This does not seem to be related to the SugarChimp plug-in, and nothing relevant is showing in the SugarCRM log file.

    Can you check the php error logs to determine what could be happening during this process and resolve any issues.
