I want to sync the account manager full name from a contact to mailChimp but the only field available seems to be the assigned user_id. Is it possible to sync the full name instead?

Hello Esther,
The Assigned User fields do not live directly on the Contact record in the way that the assigned_user_id does. In order to access the field, you must go to the Contact's parent-related Assigned User record. The Ultimate edition of SugarChimp allows you to sync parent-related data over to MailChimp, which the Assigned User's full name would fall under.
You can try out the Ultimate edition of SugarChimp for free for two weeks if you go in Sugar to admin > SugarChimp Configuration > Step 2. You should see upgrade options there. If you do not like the Ultimate edition for any reason, you can cancel the upgrade trial and stay with the professional version.
