#3667 - stopped a 80%

It froze on 80% . Instructions say contact for help went to go to admin now can not get there.

    Hello there,

    I'm sorry for any trouble you are having. Can you explain what you were trying to do when you got the 80% error? Were you installing the latest SugarChimp package? Can you also send your sugarcrm logs over to us at support@sugarchimp.com. You can access them in Sugar > Admin > Diagnostic Tools > Execute Diagnostics > Download Diagnostics. We only need the sugarcrm.log file from the diagnostic.

    We will get this sorted out.

      I was installing SugarChimp-7.11.3-for-Sugar7 it was stuck at 80% I followed the instructions below for stop it wasn't going any where for about 6 min. now all of sugar is crashed.

      NOTE: If the installation stops at 80% and you are using Sugar 7.*, go to Sugar > Admin > Search and click "Schedule System Index". When the system index finishes, go back to Sugar > Admin > Module Loader and install SugarChimp again. If it does not install properly, please let us know and we will help.

    Thank you for the clarification.

    I believe it would be best for us to get on a call to see if we can figure out what went wrong. Because your SugarCRM instance is Sugar-hosted, you may need to reach out to them in order to restore access to the crm. They should be able to help diagnose exactly what happened during that installation that caused SugarCRM to crash. If you have not already, you will need to open a case with their technical support to restore access to the CRM. Once you've got Sugar restored, I'd be happy to hop on a call with you to figure out what could have gone wrong.
