#3376 - Re-Syncing a List

In the "List Sync Status" section, I have two lists, however, the "queue re-sync" button is unavailable for both lists. Also, I created a target list, synced it to Mailchip on October 10th and it has not automatically re-synced. Can you please help? Thank you!

    Hello Pauline,

    These two issues are just one in the same. SugarChimp should be updated the list automatically, without scheduling a 'resync'. Re-Syncs should only be needed when changes were missed or imported and not caught by the integration. Normally, changes in SugarCRM should be queued to the scheduler, which pushes those changes to MailChimp.

    It seems that there are changes queued to be pushed to MailChimp for you, but they are not getting across. The quickest way to troubleshoot the problem would be to email over a screenshot of your Health Status page to 'support@sugarchimp.com'. Perhaps the scheduler has been set to 'Inactive'? If the screenshot doesn't give us a clue, we can hop on a screeshare to look at it together.

    With Sugar On-Demand there are only a couple of reasons that the scheduler should not be working. We'll get it figured out.
