Scheduler last ran on 25/01/2017 - that could have been when it last worked.

John helped me with a similar problem back in January

    We were able to get on a call and find that the SugarChimp Scheduler had been set to inactive. Once activated, it ran as expected. We've got some reports made that will help to see exactly who SHOULD be making it to MailChimp according to Sugar's email address fields. Let us know if you have any more questions.
