#2480 - How to create a mailchimp report in Sugar showing open & click throughs

Closed General Question created by CMCPartners 7 years ago

Hello,

I want to create a report in Sugar to show the results of a particular campaign i.e opens and clicks throughs including the names of those contacts who click or opened. I can see this information in Mailchimp but I want to see the information in Sugar so I can export the list with those peoples contact details and manipulate it as required.

Can you please explain if this is possible and if so, how to create the report?

Many thanks

Olivia

    Hello Olivia,

It is definitely possible to create reports on your Campaign Activity. You have a new module in Sugar called SugarChimp Activities that show the data you will be reporting on. You will need to Create a report based on Contacts or Leads, whichever you're using on the Campaign, then filter on that Contact's related MailChimp Activities. You will filter on Activity Type: 'open', 'click', or 'send', and Campaign (choose from the dropdown options). From there, set your display fields and it should just work. If not, we'll need to troubleshoot why that data is not showing up. Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks!

    Hi Olivia,

I wanted to see if you were able to get your reports working in Sugar. Is there anything else I can help you with on those reports?
