#2311 - "function::SugarChimp" Schedule Job always on queued
Hi,
we have observed that sugarChimp job is struck in queue with status "Running" and resolution "Queue".
In Sugarchimp debug logs we found this strange warning what does this means. We cannot attach any file as there is backed error on attach button of the support form of sugarOutfitters .

Hello there,
I'm happy to help get this figured out. How long are the jobs getting stuck? Usually scheduler jobs getting stuck indicate some php issues. Do you have access to your apache/php error logs? If possible, I would like to be able to look at those logs.
Can you also send a screenshot of your SugarChimp Health Status page from Admin > Health Status along with your full sugar logs. You can copy them into a text file and send them to support@sugarchimp.com.
I will be able to get a better sense of what is going on from that information. Thanks.

We have spoken with Paul at Rolustech and confirmed that we are no longer seeing issues with the jobs getting stuck. Can you give me any updates here that confirm the same?
