#2233 - Cant sync target list from Sugar to Mailchimp...please help! Cant work until fixed.

I have emailed the VP of Product and also left a message with MailChimp and no answer. I need your help please. I have SugarChimp through you guys and I am not able to sync my target list from Sugar into Mailchimp. I followed every direction that was necessary to set up the campaign but this was the only glitch that is holding us up from working. I've been dealing with this for two days.     Hello,

    I'm happy to help you out. We were able to setup a screenshare with Brad when you had previous issues that got everything fixed. Can you explain what is going on now? Are you just not seeing the Target List updates being pushed to MailChimp again? How have you setup your Target List to be synced to MailChimp?

      I am not seeing the target list in the drop-down box where it says you can 'create your own target list' (step 4/sync). We set up the target list in sugar before trying to sync it through sugarchimp into mailchimp.

      And everything was not fixed. That was a bug we fixed that was a totally different issue. This is a completely different issue.

    Could you possibly provide an email address so that I can setup a GoToMeeting for us. You will have the option to call in from phone, but it will also allow us to get on a screenshare if you are at your computer.
