By following the instructions on the thread https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/support/SugarChimp/992 I can't see the option "Mailchimp list" from dropdown menu as well.
Could you please help me?

The reason you cannot see the "MailChimp List" field on your Target Lists is because you are using the Starter edition of SugarChimp. This edition does not have any syncing capabilities, it only includes the dashlets to be able to view a Contact's MailChimp Activity from within Sugar.
If you start a trial for the Basic or Professional edition, you will have the syncing features which will allow you to see the "MailChimp List" field needed to sync your Contacts.
