Hello, I try to install it on a SugarCRM Pro On-demand. Module installed, but on license page, validate = nothing, stay here Health Status, SugarChimp Configuration = HTTP: 404 Not Found

    Now, no 404 errors, but still licence : validate : nothing enter : no action with this name and scheduled : Thu Apr 23 15:23:23 2015 [9957][1][FATAL] SugarChimp:fatal: SugarChimp_Scheduler_Driver::end The scheduler failed to finish: Array ( [status] => error [message] => The SugarChimp SugarOutfitters license failed to validate: Key could not be found locally. Please go to the license configuration tool and enter your key. [error_type] => license )

    Hello, sorry for the issues! It sounds like Sugar didn't complete the install process of SugarChimp.

    If you go to Admin > Module Loader, does it show the module is installed? Or is it still on the bottom section? If so, click "install" again and try to validate the license. If that isn't the case let me know. May need to setup a screenshare to see what's going on.

      Yes, module loaded, with mailchimp api key, and I see campaign, dashlets, fields just no action on validate button, blue to black and stay

    Not possible today. In Firefox dev tools console, when I click validate, I see an error with sidecar.min.js : TypeError: n.indexOf is not a function we are in Version 7.5.2.1 (Build 1008)

      Ah yes... there's a known issue with Firefox on the validate screen. If you go to another browser (chrome, safari, IE) and click the Validate button, it will validate and let you continue. After you click that button you can go back to Firefox for everything else. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Good ! A so small thing ! I always use chrome, but firefox is better for SugarCRM (chrome cache generate errors). Now it works, I hope, not yet syncing datas.

      I know, really sorry about that! Let me know if the sync works.

      Give it 10-15 minutes and then check the Admin > SugarChimp Health Status page to see if it still shows data pending to be synced. Once it shows zero pending syncs, you should see your data in MailChimp. Thanks!

    Ok, it works. We are in Pro Trial, but not sure we need Pro, perhaps only Basic, Subscriber Activity dashlet and Campaign Summary Reports dashlet and Custom fields Sync in Basic ? To compare, If I want to test basic, quit pro trial and go to basic trial ? uninstall / install module in SugarCRM or just license ?

      Good to hear!

      If you just want the dashlets and custom field sync, Basic is all you need. If you want to try out the Basic edition, what you said is correct:

      1. Uninstall SugarChimp Pro and quit the Pro trial
      2. Start a new SugarChimp Basic trial and install the provided Basic package with the new license key
      3. Go to Admin > Repair and run a Quick Repair and Rebuild

      I'm going to go ahead and close this case as the original issue is resolved. Let me know how trying the Basic edition works.

    Just a small info on Pro, in Studio or Rename Module or showed and ordered module of admin, we see SugarChimp Activities, but in Sugar main menu, we see Module Name, and enable to change it.
