#3136 - Zendesk tickets not showing up in SugarCRM
Hi Support tea,,
I installed the basic version of the Zendesk-sugarcrm integration module.
I installed it on our sandbox environment of Sugar https://novilitytest.sugaropencloud.eu
After connecting to our zendesk account (https://novility.zendesk.com) and adding the zendesk dashlet I expect to see some tickts from some demo data.
We used in both system the same email adress. In Zendesk we can see correct Sugar data in Zendesk App, but nothing shows up in Sugar dashlet.
