#67 - Inheritance Rules don't work properly
Sugar version is 6.5.2 and . With the option of "Inherit from Assigned To User" and "Inherit from Parent Record " are checked, when I create Tasks, Cases and any other record and assign a user who is a member of certain group, the no group tag is added to the record.

Yes, there is a bug in 6.5.2 that has been fixed in 6.5.5. If you can upgrade to at least 6.5.5 please do so. Otherwise, I'd suggest downloading the 6.5.10 version here: http://www.sugarforge.org/frs/download.php/10073/6510_Basic_SecuritySuite_264.zip. Then unzip and open up install_dir/modules/SecurityGroups/SecurityGroup.php and copy the inherit() function (around like 170) and overwrite the one in your instance.
