#3842 - Disable SugarChimp without removing
Hi,
Is there a way to disable the plugin without removing it? The reason is that we need the plugin to be enabled on our Live server but disabled on our UAT server.
I receive the following message in the logs:
Key could not be found locally. Please go to the license configuration tool and enter your key.
I guess when the plugin is disabled those messages will be removed

Hello there,
I recommend turning the scheduler off which will in turn, disallow the automated updates to get pushed across to MailChimp from Sugar. You can go ahead and put your license key in for both instances, since only one is a live server. Then, you should not have to worry about any errors as well.
You can turn off the scheduler from Admin > Schedulers > SugarChimp. Edit and switch status to Inactive. Let me know how that works for you.

Hi,
Scheduler is turned off, however I still receive those errors. Then I added my license key and the errors have gone. It would be great if there is a way to just disable the plugin. Thank you
