Hi,
I have installed and configured SugarChimp.
After having setup a first Automatic sync a target list is filled with Leads. However, it seems to stop filling the targetlist at 12.799 leads while I have about 60K lead records to be synced. What happens with the rest? And why does the target list not sync with Mailchimp in the end?

Rectification: the Leads are complete (13K) so this is okay. So the targetlist in sugar contains all the leads. How will these be synced to Mailchimp?

Hello Marco,
Thanks for elaborating on the issue. There is potentially something going wrong on the scheduler run that sends records from the Target List over to the MailChimp List. The best way to know what is happening is to send over your SugarCRM log file from admin > Diagnostic Tools. Execute and download the diagnostics. I will only need the sugarcrm.log file from that.

So, a couple of items on that that we can discuss. For SugarChimp, there were not any good logs to show us what is going on. I noticed then, that this is for the viteau.nl SugarCRM account. When looking on our end, the plug-in is not showing as ever installing. If you go to admin > Module Loader, is SugarChimp in the top section or the bottom section? I believe something has failed during that process. Perhaps we can try to install it again.
Unrelated to SugarChimp, I also saw a SugarOutfitters error showing for this license call. If you go to the link, it shows as license expired. That is for a different add-on called Add+ Quick Email Composer. If you are still using that add-on, you can update the payment information here: https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/members/dick/orders/9017/update/20036
If you are not using that plug-in, then you should be able to uninstall it from admin > Module Loader to keep that error from showing in your logs. Let me know what you find on the SugarChimp installation.

I wanted to amend the previous response to note that your SugarOutfitters user cannot update the payment on the expired subscription. There is a different account with the email address: dick@viteau.nl that must login and update that information.
I hope that clears everything up for the other addon.

Hello Marco,
I would venture to guess that something is indeed failing again but Sugar is not alerting the user. Can you send over your log file to be downloaded again so I can see if anything shows there. If your SugarCRM logs are still in debug mode, then we may be too late to see anything there. I certainly recommend putting Sugar in either Fatal or Error logging so we can try to narrow down what is going on.

So it seems that we've got an error happening in the cron run around these lines:

Synchroniseer a.u.b. uw metadata opnieuw.
