Hello. I think that I have configured MailChimp and Sugar correctly - but for some reason it doesnt appear to be synching the data. Having looked at Sugar's log files there appear to be quite a few error messages related to SugarChimp, see below.
I'm hoping that you might be able to point me in the right direction of why these errors are occurring please...

Hey Julian, there's a couple things you can try to get more info as to why the cron jobs are failing. First, try dropping the SugarCRM log level to "Error". And second, in the SugarChimp Administration area, go to Module Log Level and change the Log level to "Error" as well. After a few hours, check the log again to see if there are more specific messages as to why the cron jobs aren't running.

Unfortunately it still isn't showing us any meaningful errors as to why the "SugarChimp - Process and Manage Signups" cron isn't working. That seems to be the only job that isn't working, which means the others are installed correctly. Have you setup any target lists to sync with specific mailchimp lists yet?

In the original post you said the data isn't syncing. So you're saying the synced MailChimp list are still empty? Is that true? Have any contacts synced to MailChimp?

Hello, thanks for your reply. I'm not sure where the synched mailchimp list is. And contacts dont seem to be synching from Sugar to Mailchimp, no. Is it possible to get some remote support to help get the plugin configured or to help me find out what the issue is? I'm finding it really confusing to set the software up and don't seem to be getting anywhere in trying to set it up myself by following the online documentation or videos.

Hello. Why is this closed please? It hasnt been resolved. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me after my last contact with Chad Hutchins back on December 24th 2013. Where he said: "I've been emailing with Atcore to try to figure that out. It seems the holidays have slowed down communications. Hopefully by the end of the week I'll have you introduced to the new person from Atcore that will work with you."

Hi, that would be great, it would be nice to get it working as we havent had any functionality out of it since purchase. Where do I get the latest version downloaded from please? Many thanks and I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Julian

It doesn't look like you ordered SugarChimp through your account originally, so you will not be able to see the downloads unless you started another trial on your account. Have you been using someone else's SugarOutfitters account to get the downloads in the past?
Once you find that account, the download will be in the "Purchases" section.
