#1110 - Suddenly sync of new list does not work
I have been struggling today with a new list created in sugar and a new list in mailchimp. I do all the procedure with having same fields in both lists, mapping those fields and then from Sugar selecting the mailchimp list. But nothing happens. There does not appear anything in the 'Health status/Pending to Mailchimp' and the number of subscribers in mailchimp remains '0'.
I have tried to save with blank in sugar list and reconnect - same result
I have tried to close the browser down and try it all again - same result.
I have tried to copy the list in mailchimp and then use that from sugar - same result
Now writing as I do not know how to proceed....please help.
Sync has worked with several lists before.
I sincerely hope this has nothing to do with the fact that our ondemand cloud was recently updated to 7.5 by Sugar???
