Hello,
Please read the product description. Do not install reports qualifiers on OnDemand installation, just install cap_StarRating module right away it will work without the additionnal modules (but you will not be able to use rating fields inside Reports modules)
This is a limitation of OnDemand instances provided by SugarCRM.
If you still encounter errors, please send us the entire url + version used (pro/ent + version number)

We tried to do the same and when we tried to install cap_SartRating we did get an error as " The following dependencies were not found on the system.[CaptiveaReportQualifiers]"
